Dear colleagues, dear friends
Please find below the latest news about the organisation of the International Congress on “Football, Images, Multimedia and New Technologies”.
The Congress will take place from the 1st to the 4th of March 2016 on the Mont Houy Campus of the University of Valenciennes and Hainaut-Cambrésis, Valenciennes, France. It is open, on registration, to any person interested in, directly or indirectly, the world of football. We expect between 250 and 300 participants, including around 120 speakers coming from more than 40 countries.
During this event, various themes exclusively dedicated to Football will be tackled: New Technologies, Economy, Media, History, Architecture and Stadium Security, Video Refereeing, Medicine, Physical & Mental Preparation, etc… Animations will be provided by speakers from recognised institutions and world-renowned scientists. Among renowned guests for this Congress: Economist Prof Wladimir Andreff (France); former International Referee Michel Vautrot (France); Sociologist Prof Richard Giulanotti (UK); Psychologists Prof Hubert Ripoll (France) and Prof Markus Raab (Germany); Historian Prof Paul Dietschy (France); Stadium Architect Prof Miranda Kiuri (Spain); President of the Medical Commission of FIFA/UEFA Dr Michel D’Hooge (Belgium) and several other experts.
